A short summary of your project
I'm raising £4,000 for Ulster University GAA Presentation and Awards Night which will allow Ulster University students across all four campuses to celebrate individual and team awards.
The six All-Ireland titles includes the following:
1. Ladies Championship-Giles Cup
2. Freshers Div 1 League
3. Ladies Championship - Lagan Cup (Magee)
4. Men's Div 3 League (Magee)
5. Ladies Div 2 League
6. Freshers Junior Championship
Who are you?
The club has various Camogie, Hurling, Handball Ladies & Mens football teams. The club participates in various sporting competitions across the Ireland representing the University.
Your story
It is important to celebrate sporting success, because the hard work the players and staff put in throughout the year deserves recognition.
It will be an enjoyable night for all who attend.
It will be inspire more people to participate in University sport.
It is important to support this cause because organising an event is expensive and it costs huge amounts of money to run multiple teams across the University.
Supporting the event will help ease the financial burden and we hope that we can build the reputation of the event so that it is successful for many years to come.
Where will the money go?
Venue Hire: £500
Entertainment £500
Printing costs £100
Food: £1,500
If we raise the minimum it will go towards the cost of the entertainment.
If we hit our full target it will go towards the entertainment, venue hire, printing and food.
If things really take off and we raise more than our target? We would put the money aside for the cost of next years presentation.
Rewards
We have some great rewards, If you donate the allocated amount you will get a free ticket to the event, a hat or even a new UU vest. Make sure to check them out!
