A short summary of our project

New Designers is considered to be the most important exhibition in the UK for graduate designers. Held in London, it offers up-and-coming designers the opportunity to showcase their work, as well as the chance to network with potential future employers, buyers and the media.

our story

We are a group of third year students studying Textile Art, Design and Fashion all with different specialisms ranging from embroidery, knit, print and fashion. As a group we are heading to New Designers in London at the end of June, to showcase our work to potential employers and industry alongside other universities. To do this we need to raise money to get the team to London and to be able to get the best out of this exciting opportunity.

Where will the money go?

Stand and display boards (one week) : £2000 (Was £3,548)

Spotlights: £50 each (£500 for 10 students)

Tables: £150

Boards: £400

If we hit our minimum target, it will help towards extra costs for the exhibition, but if we hit our full target, it will cover the cost of spotlights, as well as the remaining cost of the stand, tables and boards.
